The product
City2Ranch shops for and delivers groceries, supplies and errands to ranches, estates and rural properties. It is establishing its first routes.
What I built
- Built a full rural concierge and delivery operations platform for City2Ranch, not just a booking site. Designed, built, tested, fixed, and maintained for the client.
- Staff panel: Orders, Inbox, Drivers, Customers, Stores, Pricing, Coverage, Grocery Catalog, Business Overview, Team, Blog, and Settings.
- Orders pipeline: New Leads, Pending Quotes, Awaiting Payment, Processing Payment, Ready To Dispatch, Awaiting Driver, In Progress, Exceptions, Completed.
- Three service tiers: Route, Private and Estate
- A ZIP code coverage checker
- A request flow for city-side shopping and scheduled delivery
- Email appointment reminder system with confirm-ready and reschedule prompt.
