The product
AngelCare Transit provides ambulatory, wheelchair and stretcher transport to medical appointments across Texas, and delivers medical equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers and oxygen.
What I built
- Built a full NEMT operations platform for AngelCare Transit across Texas, not just a booking site. Designed, built, tested, fixed, and maintained for the client. Operations: Trip Requests, Trips. People & Fleet: Passengers, Drivers, Vehicles, Payers. Billing: Invoices, Claims. Compliance: Documents, Compliance Records. System: Notification Log, Audit Log, Staff Users, Groups & Roles.

- Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Accessibility pages
- A clear notice directing medical emergencies to 911
- Email appointment reminder system with confirm-ready and reschedule prompt.
